When she was introduced to Medicare, something immediately clicked. The opportunity to guide and advocate for seniors perfectly combined her knowledge, compassion, and calling to serve others.

Today, as a Licensed Independent Broker, Felicia helps individuals navigate what she fondly calls the “Medicare madness” with clarity, care, and integrity.
